Viet Flight Training cooperates over many years with flight school partners in the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Europe
Training Duration: 44-52 weeks
Training Location: United States/ Australia/ New Zealand/ Europe
Licenses upon FAA/ CASA/ CAANZ/ EASA standards:
Private Pilot License (PPL)
Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (IR ME)
ICAO level 4 English proficiency certificate
A minimum of 200 hours of flight training in accordance with the followings:
1. Private Pilot License (PPL)
A total of 60 hours basic flight training which includes at least:
a) 35 hours dual instruction comprised of:
– 25 hours VFR day;
– At least 01 dual cross-country flight of a minimum distance of 270 km (150 NM) with one away from base landing.
b) 10 hours solo comprised of:
– At least one solo cross-country flight of a minimum distance of 270 km (150 NM) with two away from base landings.
c) First solo flight (*): undertaken after maximum 20 hours of dual instruction.
(*) Upon the standard (FAA, EASA, CASA, NZ CAA,…) that ATO follows.
2. Instrument Rating (IR) & Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
A total of 140 hours flight training includes at least:
1) 100 hours pilot-in-command (50 hours VFR and 50 hours IFR) including 50 hours dual instruction with at least two cross-country flights of a minimum distance of 540 km (300 Nm); two away from base landings.
2) 30 hours on multi-engine aircraft;
3) 10 hours of night flight with at least 5 hours dual instruction including one hour of night navigation flight, 5 solo take-offs and 5 full-stop landings.
