Pet Paradise offers a unique omni-channel proposition for UK pet owners, including a large network of stores, multiple websites across our different brands, innovative and exclusive products, and pet services through our vet practices and grooming salons. Our main website, petsathome.com, captures the highest levels of web traffic in the UK online pet retail market and drives brand engagement and further footfall to our stores.
Our stores provide a unique retail experience, with in-store theatre provided by our small animal pet villages, fish aquariums and reptile vivaria. Our customers value product that is different, regularly refreshed and innovative, which is reflected in our exclusive, private brand and own label products. We also offer services to our customers, such as microchipping, nutrition consultations and water testing.
