16 OUT OF 21 ACV’S AIRPORTS HAVE DEPLOYED COVID-19 VACCINATION FOR EMPLOYEES

With great efforts of ACV’s airports and close attentions from leaders of People’s Committees in localities in relation to remain the utmost priority of vaccination against Covid-19 for employees who are working at the airports. 16 out of 21 airports of ACV have urgently deployed Covid-19 immunization programs for frontline employees up to May 14, 2021.

The list of vaccinated airports consists of Tan Son Nhat, Da Nang, Vinh, Cam Ranh, Phu Bai, Cat Bi, Phu Quoc, Can Tho, Dong Hoi, Phu Cat, Pleiku, Lien Khuong, Buon Ma Thuot, Ca Mau, Rach Gia, Co Dao, herewith, there are 6 airports including Cam Ranh, Cat Bi, Vinh, Dong Hoi, Ca Mau and Rach Gia have successfully rolled out the Covid-19 vaccination for 100% employees.
Nevertheless, employees from Noi Bai int’l airport, Dien Bien airport, Tho Xuan airport, Chu Lai airport and Tuy Hoa airport have not received the vaccine yet. Those airports are in process of working with local competent authorities to carry out the vaccination programs.

To remain the safeguard for employees, airports had conducted pre-screening examination and guided employees consulted doctors before injection. All employees constantly and strictly complied with Covid-19 control and prevention regulations during the process.
The Covid-19 vaccination program would not only contribute to the health and safety of all airports’ employees but also significantly assist the Covid-19 control and prevention task in localities, enhance the confidence for passengers to travel as well as fulfill the dual goals of the Government with containing the spread of the pandemic and promoting socio-economic development in a new normal situation.
